Blueberry Pound Cake

A simple cake made with freshly picked blueberries, soft cream cheese, and butter flavored cake mix, topped with a fluffy whipped cream
- 1 package butter flavored cake mix
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 3 eggs
- 2 cups blueberries
- Preheat oven to 325F. Lightly grease and flour a 10-inch tube pan.
- Combine cake mix, cream cheese, oil and eggs. Beat until very smooth. Gently fold in berries. Spoon into prepared tube pan, and bake for about 1 hour, until toothpick comes out clean when inserted in the center.
Tips from our Test Kitchen: Serve with whipped cream that has been flavored with 1/2 teaspoon almond extract.
