Blueberry Cream Cheese Pound Cake
- Yield 12 servings
- 1 box butter flavored cake mix
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 3 whole eggs
- 2 cups blueberries
- Preheat oven to 325F. Lightly grease and flour a 10-inch tube pan. Combine cake mix, cream cheese, oil and eggs. Beat until smooth. Gently fold in blueberries. Spoon into prepared pan and bake for about 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
