PrintEmail Ingredients 3 cups sifted flour3/4 cup granulated sugar3 teaspoons baking powder1/4 teaspoon baking soda1 teaspoon salt3 -- eggs1/2 cup milk1/2 cup butter, melted1 tablespoon grated orange peel2/3 cup orange juice1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries1/2 cup chopped walnuts Instructions Sift together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Beat together eggs, milk, melted butter, orange peel, and juice. Stir liquid ingredients into dry ingredients just until moistened. Fold in blueberries and nuts. Pour into greased 5x9x3-inch loaf pan and bake at 350F for 60 to 70 minutes. Remove from pan to cool. Wrap in foil to store.
