Blueberry Espresso Milkshake

Ingredients
- 7 fluid ounces Vanilla Bean Ice Cream
- 1.5 ounces Espresso
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1/4 cup Low Fat Milk
- 3/4 cup Blueberries
Instructions
Let the espresso cool in the freezer before blending with the milk, sugar and ice cream. Then add all of the ingredients with the blueberries and then blend until smooth. Not too long though or it will become runny. The additional sugar will help take the bitterness from the espresso. You can substitute the sugar for some chocolate syrup if you want to add a lil extra chocolatey goodness into the mix.
