Blueberry Brainiac Smoothie

This blueberry breakfast blend is a great way to get energized before a demanding day.
Flax seeds and hemp seeds are available in the health food section of most grocery stores.
- 1 cup vanilla soy milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 banana
- 1 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
- 2 tablespoons flax seeds
- 2 tablespoons hemp seeds (optional)
- Combine milk, water, banana, blueberries, hemp seeds, flax seeds and ice in a blender.
- Blend for 30 to 60 seconds or until smooth.
