Blueberry Brainiac Smoothie

This blueberry breakfast blend is a great way to get energized before a demanding day.

Flax seeds and hemp seeds are available in the health food section of most grocery stores.


1 cup vanilla soy milk
1/2 cup water
1 banana
1 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
2 tablespoons flax seeds
2 tablespoons hemp seeds (optional)


  1. Combine milk, water, banana, blueberries, hemp seeds, flax seeds and ice in a blender.
  2. Blend for 30 to 60 seconds or until smooth.
