3/4 cup fresh blood orange juice, about 3 blood oranges
1 tablespoon lemon juice
3 tablespoons pure honey
4 tablespoons gelatin powder
In a saucepan over medium-low heat, whisk to combine juices and honey. Sprinkle gelatin over juice and whisk. Bring to a low simmer and whisk until the gelatin has dissolved completely, about 3 to 5 minutes. Remove from heat.
Pour into candy molds or an 8 inch square baking pan. Place in the refrigerator for 15 to 20 minutes or until set. Pop out of molds or if using a baking pan, slice into squares with a knife. Serve. Store in an air-tight container.
