Black-Eyed Pea and Tomato Salad

This quick-and-easy side dish features black-eyed peas, tomatoes and onions.


1 can black-eyed peas, drained
1 medium onion, chopped
2 -- tomatoes, chopped
1/4 cup sugar
1 small fat-free Italian salad dressing


  1. Mix and chill before serving.
