Black-Eyed Pea and Tomato Salad

This quick-and-easy side dish features black-eyed peas, tomatoes and onions.
- 1 can black-eyed peas, drained
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 -- tomatoes, chopped
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 small fat-free Italian salad dressing
- Mix and chill before serving.
