Black Bean Salad

  • Yield 6-8 servings


1 can Black Beans - drained
1 can Whole Kernel Corn - drained
1 medium Avocado - diced
1 medium 3/4 of a Red Onion - diced
1 medium Red Tomato - diced
1 cup any brand of Salsa


In a large bowl, combine the beans, corn, avacado, red onion, tomato and the salsa.

Stir well.  Chill overnight for best taste.  Garnish with olives or fresh cilantro leaves.
