PrintEmail Ingredients 1 -- (16-ounce) can black beans, drained1 -- garlic clove1/4 cup cilantro leaves2 tablespoons tomato paste -- Juice of 1/2 lime2 tablespoons cumin1 teaspoon salt1/2 cup olive oil -- Chopped green onions, chopped tomatoes or sour cream -- Tortilla chips Instructions Combine the beans, garlic, cilantro, tomato paste, lime juice, cumin and salt in a food processor container and process until smooth. Add the olive oil gradually, processing constantly until well mixed. Spoon into a serving bowl and garnish with green onions, tomatoes or sour cream. Serve with tortilla chips.
