PrintEmail Ingredients 1 1/2 pounds boneless pork, cut into 1/2-inch cubes2 -- (15 1/2-ounce) cans black beans, drained1 cup onion, chopped1 cup yellow bell pepper, chopped1 cup salsa, thick and chunky1 -- (15 1/2-ounce) can diced tomatoes, do not drain2 -- garlic cloves, minced1 teaspoon chili powder1/2 teaspoon cumin1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper -- sour cream, garnish -- Cheddar cheese, shredded (garnish) Instructions Combine all ingredients except garnishes in 3 1/2-quart slow cooker. Cover and cook on low heat setting 7 to 8 hours. Top individual bowls with sour cream and Cheddar cheese.
