Biscuit Bread Pudding

Transform leftover biscuits into a delicious dessert.
Very easy snack to make out of old biscuits and it is yummy and delicious.
- 6 large cold biscuits
- 2 cups hot water
- 2 cups sugar
- 3 egg, beaten
- 1 tablespoon vanilla flavoring
- 1 cup California raisins
- Preheat oven to 350F. Spray a 14 x 11-inche pan with nonstick cooking spray.
- Crumble biscuits into pan. Mix remaining ingredients, stirring well. Pour over biscuits, pressing down to soak bread.
- Bake abut 30 minutes, until top is brown. Let cool and cut into pieces. Serve wam or cold.
