Biscuit Bread Pudding

Transform leftover biscuits into a delicious dessert.

Very easy snack to make out of old biscuits and it is yummy and delicious.


6 large cold biscuits
2 cups hot water
2 cups sugar
3 egg, beaten
1 tablespoon vanilla flavoring
1 cup California raisins


  1. Preheat oven to 350F. Spray a 14 x 11-inche pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Crumble  biscuits into pan. Mix remaining ingredients, stirring well. Pour over biscuits, pressing down to soak bread. 
  3. Bake abut 30 minutes, until top is brown. Let cool and cut into pieces. Serve wam or cold.
