Big Daddy’s Over the Top Brownies

  • Yield 12 servings


1 package low-fat brownie mix
1 large egg
4 ounces sour cream
3 ounces white chocolate pudding mix
1 tablespoon white chocolate syrup (coffee flavoring)
1 tablespoon instant coffee crystals
4 ounces sweet german chocolate, chopped
1 cup chopped pecans
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/4 cup water


  1. Mix ingredients well in a large bowl with spoon. Do not use electric mixer. Spoon into an 8×8 baking pan sprayed with Pam. Bake in a 350F oven for approximately 25 minutes. If so desired,  you can frost with your favorite frosting.
