Beth’s Peach Pie
- Yield 8 servings
Ingredients
- 1 pie crust
- 3 cups peaches
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 pinch salt
- 3/4 cup sugar
- /14 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 cup cream
Instructions
- Adjust rack to middle at 450 degrees.
- Prepare your pie shell.
- Mix all ingredients, except cream, and pour into pie shell.
- Pour Cream over and bake 10 min. Reduce oven temp to 350 degrees and bake for an additional 50 min.
