Beth’s Peach Pie

  • Yield 8 servings

Ingredients

1 pie crust
3 cups peaches
1/4 cup flour
1 pinch salt
3/4 cup sugar
/14 teaspoon nutmeg
1 cup cream

Instructions

  1. Adjust rack to middle at 450 degrees.
  2. Prepare your pie shell.
  3. Mix all ingredients, except cream, and pour into pie shell.
  4. Pour Cream over and bake 10 min.  Reduce oven temp to 350 degrees and bake for an additional 50 min.
