Beth’s Peach Pie

  • Yield: 8 servings


1 pie crust
3cups peaches
1/4cup flour
1pinch salt
3/4cup sugar
/14teaspoon nutmeg
1cup cream


  1. Adjust rack to middle at 450F.
  2. Prepare pie shell.
  3. Mix all ingredients, except cream, and pour into pie shell.
  4. Pour cream over and bake 10 min.  Reduce oven temp to 350F and bake for an additional 50 minutes.
