Gradually add this mixture to the dry mixture–the batter will be like water. Bake in a 9×13 pan or an angel food pan or will make 24 cupcakes Bake at 350 degrees for about 40-45 minutes. Cupcakes take about 20 minutes to bake. Icing: 3 C. XXX sugar, 1 1/2 C. butter, vanilla, milk or creme -use-enough to make of spreading consistency. Using mixer, beat until smooth and spreadable.
