BerryLicious Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup skim milk
- 1/4 cup pomegranate juice
- 1 tablespoon frozen apple juice concentrate
- 1 cup frozen berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries and blackberries)
- 1/2 cup nonfat organic strawberry yogurt
- 2 dashes cinnamon
- handful small walnuts
Instructions
Add to blender in this order:
- skim milk
- pomegranate juice
- apple juice concentrate
- frozen berries
- yogurt
- cinnamon
- walnuts
Blend until there are no more lumps in the smoothie
Add milk or juice if too thick.
Serve with a straw.
