BerryLicious Smoothie

  • Yield 1 servings


1/2 cup skim milk
1/4 cup pomegranate juice
1 tablespoon frozen apple juice concentrate
1 cup frozen berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries and blackberries)
1/2 cup nonfat organic strawberry yogurt
2 dashes cinnamon
handful small walnuts


Add to blender in this order:

  1. skim milk
  2. pomegranate juice
  3. apple juice concentrate
  4. frozen berries
  5. yogurt
  6. cinnamon
  7. walnuts

Blend until there are no more lumps in the smoothie

Add milk or juice if too thick.

Serve with a straw.
