BerryLicious Smoothie

1/2cup skim milk
1/4cup pomegranate juice
1tablespoon frozen apple juice concentrate
1cup frozen berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries and blackberries)
1/2cup nonfat organic strawberry yogurt
2dashes cinnamon
handfulsmall walnuts


Add to blender in this order:

  1. skim milk
  2. pomegranate juice
  3. apple juice concentrate
  4. frozen berries
  5. yogurt
  6. cinnamon
  7. walnuts

Blend until there are no more lumps in the smoothie

Add milk or juice if too thick.

Serve with a straw.
