Berry Crumble with Walnuts

Ingredients
- 600 grams mixed berries
- 2 packages vanilla sugar
- 50 grams California walnuts
- 2 tablespoons flour (25g)
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons soft butter
Instructions
Zubereitung:
1.Select berries and clean them. Mix berries with vanilla sugar and portion the mix out in 4 oven-safe cups or bowls.
2.Chop walnuts finely. Mix them with flour, sugar and butter to granules. Crumble granules over berries. Bake the crumble berry mix in a preheated oven at 200C (Gas: degree 3-4, convection ovent: 180C) for 12-15 minutes.
Tip:The crumble goes nicely with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
