PrintEmail Ingredients 2 cups sifted flour2 teaspoons baking powder1/2 teaspoon salt1/4 cup butter or margarine3/4 cup sugar1 -- egg, beaten1/2 cup milk2 cups blueberriesTopping:1/4 cup sugar2 tablespoons flour1/4 teaspoon cinnamon2 tablespoons butter or margarine Instructions Sift together dry ingredients. Cream butter; gradually beat in sugar. Add egg and milk; beat until smooth. Add dry ingredients; fold in blueberries. Pour into greased and floured 9-inch square pan. For topping, mix sugar, flour, and cinnamon. Cut in butter until crumbly. Sprinkle topping over dough. Bake at 375F for 40 to 45 minutes.
