Beer Bread Muffins

Super-easy and low-fat, these muffins use only four ingredients.
- 1 (10-ounce) can light beer
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 3 cups self-rising flour
- 2 tablespoons (1/4 stick) margarine, melted
- Preheat the oven to 350F. Coat the muffin cups with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, mix the beer, sugar, flour, and margarine together. Fill the tins with the batter and bake for 30 to 40 minutes, or until golden brown.
