Shape into 2" meatballs. Brown with a little water(lid on). Add beef broth and simmer cover for 45 minutes. Add water as needed. When rice is cooked in meatballs(give it a taste), remove lid and add sour cream. Heat through. Do not boil!! When all is well blended, serve and enjoy.
