beef/sourcream meatballs

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup rice
- 1 small chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon ea. salt@ pepper
- 8 ounces low fat sour cream
- 1 can beef broth
Instructions
Mix ground beef, rice,onions and spices. Shape into 2" meatballs. Brown with a little water(lid on). Add beef broth and simmer cover for 45 minutes. Add water as needed. When rice is cooked in meatballs(give it a taste), remove lid and add sour cream. Heat through. Do not boil!! When all is well blended, serve and enjoy.
