Ham with Beans and Tomatoes

A one-dish salad of beans, ham and the season's best tomatoes.
- 1 (15-ounce) can cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 4 ounces chopped ham
- 1 bunch fresh spinach leaves or arugula, torn
- 3 tomatoes, chopped
- Place beans, garlic, ham and spinach in a large bowl. Add tomatoes and toss gently. Serve at room temperature.
