Bean Dip

A quick way to turn beans into dip that's as easy as it is tasty.

Ingredients

2 (16-oz) cans pinto beans, undrained
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
6 ounces shredded queso quesadilla cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F. Place beans in a shallow baking dish. Partially mash beans. Add garlic powder. Top with cheese. Cover with foil and bake 20 minutes. Uncover and bake 5 minutes. Serve with corn chips.
