Barbecued Salmon

Ancho chile powder adds tons of pizzazz to salmon fillets.
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons ancho chile powder
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 4 (5-ounce) salmon fillets
Instructions
- Combine brown sugar, chile powder and garlic. Spread on top of salmon fillets. Broil 8 to 10 minutes, until fillets flake easily with a fork.
