Barbecued Salmon

  • Yield: 4 servings


3tablespoons brown sugar
2teaspoons ancho chile powder
1 garlic clove, crushed
4 (5-ounce) salmon fillets


  1. Combine brown sugar, chile powder and garlic. Spread on top of salmon fillets. Broil 8 to 10 minutes, until fillets flake easily with a fork.
