Banana Pudding from Holly Clegg
- Yield 4 servings
An instant pudding mix is whirled up with bananas for an easy dessert.
If you’d like to have a more traditional banana pudding, layer the mixture with vanilla wafers.
- 1 -- (4-serving) package instant banana pudding
- 2 cups skim milk
- 2 -- bananas, diced
- In a mixing bowl, mix banana pudding and milk with a whisk for 2 minutes. Fold cut up bananas into pudding. Transfer to cups and refrigerate.
