- Yield: 4 servings
- 2 large bananas
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup 1percent low-fat milk
- Peel and freeze the bananas, covered, overnight. Once frozen, roughly slice the bananas.
- In food processor puree the bananas, maple syrup, vanilla extract and milk. The final product should resemble thick soft-serve ice cream.
- Serve immediately.
