Banana Freeze

  • Yield: 4 servings


2 large bananas
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup 1percent low-fat milk


  1. Peel and freeze the bananas, covered, overnight. Once frozen, roughly slice the bananas.
  2. In food processor puree the bananas, maple syrup, vanilla extract and milk. The final product should resemble thick soft-serve ice cream.
  3. Serve immediately.
