- 2 units Gorton's Tilapia Roasted Garlic & Butter Grilled Fillets
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 16 units butter flavor crackers, coarsely crushed
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Preheat oven to 425° F and bake Gorton's Tilapia Roasted Garlic & Butter Grilled Fillets for 15 minutes.
In the meantime, heat butter in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat, saute´ garlic for 3 minutes and remove from heat.
Blend lemon juice and crushed crackers with butter and garlic mixture.
Evenly distribute breadcrumb mixture amongst Tilapia fillets, bake additional 5 minutes or until topping is golden brown and serve immediately.
