Baked Rice with Raisins

3/4 cup white rice
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup white sugar
3 large eggs
1/2 cup California Raisins
1 tablespoon cinnamon


  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Cook rice according to package directions until almost soft, about 7 minutes. Drain and rinse.
  3. Combine cream, sugar, and eggs; mix well. Add rice and raisins; stir well. Pour into a 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake 45 minutes or until center is set.
