Baked Peaches with Brie

Ingredients
- 4 -- unpeeled peaches, pitted and cut into halves
- 4 ounces Brie cheese, cut into 8 slices
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425F.
- Place peach halves on baking sheet. Top each half with a slice of the cheese. Drizzle with maple syrup and top with walnuts. Bake about 10 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly. Serve immediately.
