Baked Peaches with Brie

4-- unpeeled peaches, pitted and cut into halves
4ounces Brie cheese, cut into 8 slices
1/2cup maple syrup
1/4cup chopped walnuts


  1. Preheat oven to 425F.
  2. Place peach halves on baking sheet. Top each half with a slice of the cheese. Drizzle with maple syrup and top with walnuts. Bake about 10 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly. Serve immediately.
