Baked Creamed Corn
- Yield 4 servings
"This recipe is out of this world. It can easily be doubled to feed a crowd."
- 2 eggs
- 1 (8-ounce) cream-style corn
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1/2 cup crushed saltine crackers
- 2 to 3 tablespoons melted butter or margarine
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- dash of pepper
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Beat eggs until frothy. Add corn, milk, crackers, butter, sugar, salt and pepper. Spoon into a deep casserole dish. Bake 25 to 30 minutes.
