Baked Creamed Corn

"This recipe is out of this world. It can easily be doubled to feed a crowd."


2 eggs
1 (8-ounce) cream-style corn
2/3cup milk
1/2cup crushed saltine crackers
2 to 3tablespoons melted butter or margarine
1tablespoon sugar
1/4teaspoon salt
dash of pepper


  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Beat eggs until frothy. Add corn, milk, crackers, butter, sugar, salt and pepper. Spoon into a deep casserole dish. Bake 25 to 30 minutes.
