Baked Brie with Cranberry Sauce



  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Cut off the top rind of round of Brie cheese. Place in a small baking dish. Spread cranberry sauce on round. Bake 8 to 12 minutes, until fruit is bubbling but cheese round is still intact.
  2. Using a large spatula, transfer to a serving plate and surround with crackers. Serves 6.
