Bacon Manhattan Cocktail
- Yield: 2 servings
- 6ounces bourbon or rye whiskey
- 1ounce sweet vermouth
- 4 maraschino cherries
- 2 slices Cinnamon Sugared Bacon
- Fill two glasses with ice. Add 3 ounces of the whiskey and 1⁄2 ounce of the vermouth to each glass and stir. Add the cherries and lay a cinnamon sugared bacon slice across each glass.
