Asian Slaw with Ramen Noodles
- Yield 10 servings
- 2- 3 oz. packages Beef flavored ramen noodle soup
- 2- 8.5oz packages Slaw mix
- 1 cup sliced almonds
- 1 bunch green onion-chopped
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup Vegetable oil
- 1/3 cup White vinegar
Remove packets from soup mix, set a side.
Crush noodles, place in bottom of a large bowl.
Top with slaw mix, sprinkle with almonds & green onions.
Whisk together contents from packet, sugar, oil & vinegar:
Pour over slaw, cover & chill over night.
Toss before serving.
