- 1/2 cup nonfat sour cream
- 1/2 cup fat-free mayonnaise
- 1 (.65-ounce) package cheesy Italian dressing mix
- 1 (14-ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and finely chopped
- Mix the sour cream, mayonnaise, Italian dressing mix, and artichoke hearts together in a bowl. Make about 1 1/2 cups.
