Artichoke Dip

A light and creamy dip for veggies or reduced-fat crackers.


1/2 cup nonfat sour cream
1/2 cup fat-free mayonnaise
1 (.65-ounce) package cheesy Italian dressing mix
1 (14-ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and finely chopped


  1. Mix the sour cream, mayonnaise, Italian dressing mix, and artichoke hearts together in a bowl. Make about 1 1/2 cups.
