Apricot Horseradish Sauce
- Yield 12 servings
This sauce is perfect served with lamb cutlets.
Ingredients
- 2 cups apricot preserves
- 1 cup ground horseradish
- 1/2 cup good white wine
- 1 -- bay leaf
- 2 sprigs thyme
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Serve with lamb cutlets.
