Apricot Horseradish Sauce

  • Yield: 12 servings


2cups apricot preserves
1cup ground horseradish
1/2cup good white wine
1-- bay leaf
2sprigs thyme


  1. Combine all ingredients and simmer for 10 minutes.
  2. Serve with lamb cutlets.
