Apricot Horseradish Sauce

  • Yield 12 servings

This sauce is perfect served with lamb cutlets.


2 cups apricot preserves
1 cup ground horseradish
1/2 cup good white wine
1 -- bay leaf
2 sprigs thyme


  1. Combine all ingredients and simmer for 10 minutes.
  2. Serve with lamb cutlets.
