- 1 cup 2-percent, soy, rice or oat milk
- 1/2 cup apricot juice
- 6 dried apricots
- 1 ripe banana, cut in 1-inch lengths and frozen
- 6 unsalted blanched almonds or brazil nuts, optional
- In a food processor fitted with the metal blade or a blender, puree all ingredients until smooth.
