Apple Salad with Pineapple and Raisins

A wonderful fruit salad that tastes somewhat like a caramel apple.


3 large red and yellow apples unpeeled
1 (8-ounce) can pineapple chunks, drained
1/2 cup California Raisins
1/2 cup mixed nuts
3/4 cup low-fat mayonnaise


  1. Combine all ingredients in a large glass bowl. Stir well. Refrigerate several hours before serving.
