Apple Salad with Pineapple and Raisins

A wonderful fruit salad that tastes somewhat like a caramel apple.
- 3 large red and yellow apples unpeeled
- 1 (8-ounce) can pineapple chunks, drained
- 1/2 cup California Raisins
- 1/2 cup mixed nuts
- 3/4 cup low-fat mayonnaise
- Combine all ingredients in a large glass bowl. Stir well. Refrigerate several hours before serving.
