Apple Dapple Salad
- Yield 2 servings
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup chopped,lightly toasted english walnuts
- 8 ounces low fat vanilla yogurt
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 large gala or braeburn apple
- Combine the yogurt, salt, cinnamon and walnuts. Mix together well and add the diced apple. Chill and enjoy.
