In a small bowl, mix flour, cold water and oil together and press into a 9-inch pie plate. Combine vanilla, cinnamon, 1 tablespoon water, flour, sugar and apples. Fill crust with filling. Combine cinnamon, pretzels, brown sugar and flour in a small bowl. Cut in margarine until mixture is crumbly. Sprinkle over apple filling. Bake 1 hour or until apples are done and pie is bubbly. Combine confectioners’ sugar and lemon juice together in a measuring cup, drizzle over pie.
