Almond 2-Minute Fudge

A super-easy fudge recipe that's perfect for gifts.
Ingredients
- 1 pound powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup cocoa
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon almond extract
- 1/4 pound butter
- 1 cup silvered almonds
Instructions
- In a 1 1/2-quart casserole, stir sugar, cocoa, salt, milk and almond extract until partially blended. Put butter in center of dish. Microwave on HIGH for 2 minutes. Stir vigorously until smooth. Blend in nuts. Pour into a wax paper-lined 13 x 9-inch dish. Chill 1 hour in refrigerator. Cut into squares. Makes about 36 squares.
