All-Purpose Asian Marinade

  • Yield 2 1/2 cups

A simple, quick marinade for chicken, fish, beef or pork

Ingredients

1/3 cup fresh lime juice
3 tablespoons fish sauce
1/4 cup light soy sauce
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons honey
3 cloves garlic, chopped
1 -- jalapeño, seeded and chopped
-- Chopped fresh cilantro or basil

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a jar, shake well. Cover and chill for up to 2 weeks. Entire recipe will cover 2 pounds, chicken, fish, beef or pork.
