All-Purpose Asian Marinade
- Yield 2 1/2 cups
A simple, quick marinade for chicken, fish, beef or pork
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup fresh lime juice
- 3 tablespoons fish sauce
- 1/4 cup light soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 -- jalapeño, seeded and chopped
- -- Chopped fresh cilantro or basil
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a jar, shake well. Cover and chill for up to 2 weeks. Entire recipe will cover 2 pounds, chicken, fish, beef or pork.
