4 -- CHICKEN BREAST MARINATED IN GARLIC FLAVORED OLIVE OIL
3 large AVACADOS
1 large DICED ONION
20 -- BITE SIZE TOMATOES
1 -- MED CAN OF SLICED BLACK OLIVES
1 can OF MEXICAN CORN
3 ounces OF ITALIAN DRESSING
2 tablespoons GARLIC POWDER
-- SOUR CREAM AND PAPRICKA FOR GARNISH

Instructions

COOK MARINATED CHICKEN IN COOKING BAG AT LOW HEAT TILL DONE

DICE IN LARGE PIECES AVACADO, ONION, TOMATOES .

ADD TO DICED MIXTURE DRAINED CANS OF MEXICAN CORN AND BLACK OLIVES.

MIX ITALIAN DRESSING AND GARLIC POWDER AND POUR OVER VEGETABLE MIXTURE LET STAND IN REFRIGERATOR TILL TIME TO SERVE.

TO SERVE PUT A BREAST ON EACH PLATE AND 2 TABLESPOONS OF VEGETABLE MIX OVER EACH BREAST GARNISH WIHT SOURCREAM AND PAPRICKA
