- Yield 6-8 servings
- 2 cups Bisquick
- 1/2 cup Sour cream
- 1/2 cup 7-up
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- Cut sour cream into biscuit mix.
- Add 7-Up (Sprite is ok, not diet of either).
- Makes a VERY soft dough. Sprinkle flour on counter, and roll over/knead a couple of times, then pat into a circle about 1/2" thick
- Cut out biscuits, and meanwhile, melt the butter in a 9" round or square pan.
- Place cut biscuits in pan, and bake @ 450 degrees until golden brown-about 10-12 minutes.
