Wontons Work Wonders
Wontons used in a new way yields yummy results.
Wonton skins are marvelously versatile little things. They’re a convenient shortcut for making your own pasta-like dishes, including ravioli. You’ll find them in the produce section, often near the tofu and organic ingredients. They come in both round and square shapes, although the square ones seem more readily available. If you want round ones, just use a biscuit cutter. With 50 wrappers in a package, you can make double the ravioli recipe, bag them up and freeze them. They’re perfect for nights when you’re too lazy (or busy) to cook.
