3 Things in Relish Cooking Show Chef Steve Petusevsky's Fridge:

  1. Sriracha Chili Sauce: It is my ketchup, and I use it on anything that needs a little heat.
  2. Almond Butter: I eat it every day for breakfast—it’s great on apples and pears. Toss it into warm noodles with a drizzle of soy sauce and rice vinegar.
  3. Parmigiano Reggiano: I grate into rice, pasta and grains and add to chicken salad. Great over steamed asparagus, artichokes and pan-sautéed zucchini.
