A pack of chicken thighs cost cents on the dollar, and for a few pennies more, you can create a fabulous meal.


Though oft-overlooked, the chicken thigh is a sexy little cut of poultry. It's a little fattier than a lean chicken breast, it's moist, it's flavorful, and most importantly, it's cheap.
