4 Filling Steak Salads
Who says salads can't be filling and a steak dinner affordable?
One 12-ounce steak = 4 meals. Culinary magic? No, only a trick anyone can master to feed more with less. Thinly slice a grilled steak, then mix and match with the season’s best produce for a fresh Thai noodle bowl with ginger dressing or Greek salad with chickpeas and yogurt dressing. Or, for a real dollar stretcher, use leftover steak or roast beef, and it will seem as if you conjured dinner out of thin air.
