Simple Marinades
A fresh collection of marinades to take you through a season's worth of beef, chicken, seafood, vegetables and fruit.
We love marinades for their versatility and because they infuse flavor into foods without any work. Mix up the marinade ingredients (we like to use zip-top plastic bags), add your main ingredients, toss in the fridge and let time do the work. The longer the ingredients marinate, the more flavorful they’ll be. Pop on the grill or in a sauté pan.
Combine these marinades with 1 pound of beef, chicken, fish, veggies or fruit. Marinate fish, veggies and fruit up to 4 hours and beef or chicken up to 2 days.
