My teenage daughter has a love affair with ramen noodles. A couple months ago, a friend of hers whipped up a simple egg drop soup with a package of ramen noodles and rocked her world. She couldn't believe it and talked about it for weeks. Not many of her freinds cook, and he did it so effortlessly that she was really impressed. Since then, ramen noodles have been a staple in our house. And hey there could be worst things, for sure. She's happy with plain ramen noodles, even without the flavor packet. But now that they're a staple in my pantry, I'll make these recipes that use ramen noodles. Hopefully she'll be impressed.
