At Relish we never assume you were born rolling pastry dough or with the innate knowledge on how to chiffonade spinach. Luckily Holly Clegg doesn’t either.
A well-seasoned cook, author and TV personality, Holly’s newest cookbook, Kitchen 101: Secrets to Cooking Confidence, tackles arguably the most difficult stage of a cook’s kitchen career—the beginning. In Kitchen 101 she offers up her simplest recipes that use the least amount of ingredients while still producing big flavor.
Each recipe in the book has nutritional information included and clearly denotes which of the recipes are vegetarian, freezer-friendly, or crock pot compatible. It also highlights which are diabetic friendly according to ADA guidelines.
