Panini—the power of these wonderful sandwiches. They’re crunchy and toasty on the outside and warm and gooey on the inside—like the Portobello and Fontina Panini offered here. Unless, of course, they’re not cooked—like our Florentine Tuna Panini. Think of this one as a salad in a bun that you can throw together—prestissimo!
