We believe Barbecue ribs were made to satisfy the human race during sweltering summers. They take you as you are—sweaty, sunburned and smelling of layered bug spray and freshly cut grass. There is never a pressing need for white linens and certainly none for fine silver. Messy ribs practically encourage the collar-tucked napkin. And this is why we love them.
